   My children both loved stacking boxes. The first ones I gave my son was the brightly coloured nesting oval containers from IKEA. They were beautiful and had lids as well. He spent hours playing with them. Problem was they were made from cardboard so he also ate them. These wooden ones are divine – not only will the stack and sort them but my son used them as garages for his cars and homes for toy animals.

   Love that first photo… stacking boxes are useful for so many things… and kids learn soooo many important skills from these kinds of toys!
