Where do we deliver?
We deliver to Australian addresses only via Australia Post.
Delivery:
Orders will be shipped between 2-3 working days of receiving the order and payment. Our dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
You will receive a despatch email from AusPost with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home to receive your order, AusPost will leave a slip with the details of a post office from which your order can be picked up.
AusPost can leave parcels at the delivery address only if specifically requested by customer; however Eco Toys takes no responsibility for unattended items.
Delivery Time:
- Melbourne: 1-2 working days
- Rural Victoria: 2-4 working days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra & Tasmania: 3 - 4 working days
- Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 4 - 6 working days
- Rural WA, QLD & NT: 7 - 14 working days
Please note: These are only approximate delivery times and during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take longer.
Express Post Orders:
Express Post orders can be placed by emailing us your order and delivery address at info@ecotoys.com.au
Postage costs:
Eco Toys uses Australia Post E Parcel to ensure safe & secure delivery of your parcel. All parcels require a customer signature upon delivery and can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.
We offer a flat rate of:
$9.95 Australia wide (small - med)
$15 flat rate Australia wide (large -XL)
For large items in more remote areas, Eco Toys may require additional payment to cover postage costs and customers will be immediately advised if this is the case.
Ordering:
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home.
TELEPHONE orders can be placed by calling 03 9444 7221 during our business hours. However ordering online is the most efficient method of shopping with Eco Toys.
If your order contains a product we are waiting to arrive in stock, we may hold your order for 3-4 days. If it will take any longer then we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
Payment:
Eco Toys accepts VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and direct deposit as payment options for online orders.
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
We also accept payment via cheque for orders from schools or early learning centres.
Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled.
Order and Return Policy:
We want our customers to be happy with the toys purchased from us. If for some reason the toys are not what you expected then please contact us to discuss the matter. We will either offer a store credit or if the toy is faulty offer a replacement or refund.
You must return the item within 14 days for full refund (including delivery costs) however we will still replace any faulty items after the 14 days (postage costs excluded).
Registered Post & loss and damage during delivery:
Eco Toys checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care.
Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
Packaging / Gift Wrapping:
At Eco toys we care about the environment so all of our packaging is recycled from local businesses and we ask that you also keep reusing it where you can.
We also provide a gift wrapping service which you can select during the checkout process for only an extra $3.50. Your purchase will be gift wrapped and we will include recycled gift tag with your personal message. Just include your personal message in the box provided at checkout and we'll do the rest!
Please note: The cost of $3.50 is per one gift wrap only so you need to choose gift wrapping more than once for multiple items wrapped individually.
