You can pay for your products by direct bank deposit or by credit card using the secure payment services of paymate. Paymate accepts Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.

Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

Delivery Charges:

We are proud to introduce a flat rate delivery fee of $8.50 (incl. GST) per order for all 'Australian' orders placed on the Eco Toys website. All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

This excludes the high chair, which is $25 flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia.

Where We Deliver:

We deliver worldwide via Australia Post.

If your order is to be delivered outside of australia please use this form to send us your order and we will email you the shipping rates and payment instructions.

Delivery Time:

Orders are posted within 24-48 hours. Please allow 5-10 working days for deliveries Australia wide.

For international orders please allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery depending on destination.

If there are any delays due to stocking reasons Eco Toys will notify you and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Packaging / Gift Wrapping:

At Eco toys we only use Eco- Friendly packaging so most of our boxes will be recycled from local businesses.

We are also more than happy to gift wrap your toy using recycled natural paper and raffia and will include an eco friendly card with your personal message.

Just send us an email with your order number, name & address to whom the gift is to be sent to and your personal message.
