Payment Information:
We offer payment by direct bank deposit, paypal or by credit card using the secure payment services of paymate. Paymate accepts Visa, Mastercard & Bankcard.
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
Delivery Charges:
We now use Australia Post E Parcel to ensure safe & secure delivery of your parcel. All parcels require a customer signature upon delivery and can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.
Small to large sized toys are a flat rate of $8.95 (per order) regardless of how many toys you order.
Larger toys such as the block trolley, ride on fire engine, giraffe walker & Eco doll house is $15 postage.
For extra large items such as the cooking centre, wooden highchairs & puppy ride on toy are $19.95 flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia.
We also offer free local pick up in Sunbury, Victoria which you may choose during checkout. Orders can be picked up by appointment only.
Where We Deliver:
We deliver to Australian addresses only via Australia Post.
Delivery Time:
Orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order and payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Direct deposit payments may take up to 3 days for payment to go through. Depending where you live we have provided a guideline for delivery times to various locations across Australia.
Approximate delivery times:
- Melbourne: 2 working days
- Rural Victoria: 2-4 working days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra & Tasmania: 3 - 4 working days
- Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 4 - 5 working days
- Rural WA, QLD & NT: 5 - 7 working days.

Order and Return Policy:
We want our customers to be happy with the toys purchased from us. If for some reason there is a problem with the toy or you are not happy with it then please contact us to discuss the matter. We will either offer a store credit or replace the toy (if faulty). You must return the item within 14 days for full refund (including delivery costs) however we will still replace any faulty items after the 14 days (postage costs excluded).
Registered Post & loss and damage during delivery:
Eco Toys checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care. Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact us immediately by email or phone and we will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with our products.
Packaging / Gift Wrapping:
At Eco toys we care about the environment so all of our packaging is recycled from local businesses and we ask that you also keep reusing it where you can.
We also provide a gift wrapping service which you can select during the checkout process for only an extra $3.50. Your purchase will be gift wrapped and we will include recycled gift tag with your personal message. Just include your personal message in the box provided at checkout and we'll do the rest!
Please note: The cost of $3.50 is per one gift wrap only so you need to choose gift wrapping more than once for multiple items wrapped individually.
